Giacomo’s Bookshelf Mod update the standard bookshelves in Minecraft 1.20.2, 1.19.4 by updating them. Now the books will be displayed on the shelves and you can actually store the books on the shelves, which is quite logical.

In the vanilla version of the game, unfortunately, bookshelves have only a decorative appearance and cannot be interacted with in any way. Use updated bookshelves to create a defined style and finally start storing books on shelves and not just using them as decoration. Each shelf is like a chest capable of storing certain items.
